- To run your account and show your past orders.
- To answer your messages and publish your reviews.
- To keep the website safe and working, and to keep our business records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Your name, mobile number and address are given to our delivery rider only so your order can reach you. Our website hosting provider stores the website data for us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business and for legal and tax reasons. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed, forms are protected against forged requests, admin pages require a login, and the private parts of the website are closed to visitors. No website is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to correct it, to object to its use, to ask us to erase or block it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you believe your rights were violated, you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
