By using this website and placing an order with Pizza Toro, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

Orders

An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot deliver to your area, if an item is not available, or if the details look wrong. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.

Prices

All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Prices can change, but the total you see at checkout — including the delivery fee — is the price of your order.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown on the Delivery & fees page and at checkout. Delivery and pickup times are estimates, not guarantees. Please give a correct address and keep your phone with you so the rider can reach you. If nobody can be reached, we may not be able to complete the delivery.

Payment

We accept cash only. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives, or pay at the shop when you pick it up. Please prepare the exact amount if you can, or tell us at checkout if you need change.

Changes and cancellations

Call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because every pizza is baked fresh, we cannot cancel an order once it is being prepared.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong or missing, contact us right away with your order number and we will make it right.

Reseller Package

The Reseller Package is described on our menu. Details of the arrangement are confirmed directly with us before you start, and the package is not a promise of any income.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Reviews and messages

Please be honest and respectful. We may remove reviews or messages that are abusive, false or unrelated to our service.

Our responsibility

We do our best to bake and deliver every order on time. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as weather, traffic or power interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
